While Cypress Creek excels in many areas, some guests have noted minor drawbacks, including occasional noise due to thin walls and limited phone functionality within rooms. Absolutely love this location not far from any one attraction in the area. The pool was great when it wasn't filled to max capacity and the suite was comfortable. Also includes an amazingly well done breakfast in the morning. Including yogurt and good toppings. Downsides are the phone only allowed calls to the front desk not matter how you used them and the walls are kind of thin. Noise travels pretty far in these halls.

Everything was great. Check in was fast and hassle free. The room was clean and had all of the amenities. Plenty of parking for us pulling a trailer. Full breakfast....everything there. The price was as good as anywhere else on earth. I will stay there again.

The person that works the later evenings is a blessing! She is by far the friendliest person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I travel all over and spend more days at hotels than at home. I ALWAYS make sure this is my resting stop! So friendly, super clean rooms, great rates, and the breakfast is delicious! I can’t say enough about the lady working the front desk… I may have to try and recruit her to come work for my company!

The place is clean and the beds are comfortable. We travel a lot and this hotel is better than most. Staff was very friendly, and they let us have a late checkout. My only complaint would be when we walked into our room, we immediately smelled a mildew type of smell.

Stayed here four nights and check in and out was a breeze. The room was as advertised but they never cleaned the room our entire stay. We had to ask for more towels and we took care of the garbage ourselves. The breakfast was standard hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and cereal, juice, coffee, bread for toast. The location was right off interstate 10 which was great. The day of check out the elevator was out of order and it was more work to leave being we were on the third floor.

Me and my girlfriend got a room here for a romantic getaway. I loved the overall look of the hotel lobby, the hallway and our room. It was a very calming setting. Our room was beautiful. Everything was clean and spotless. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking. The bathroom was sparkling clean as well. The couch was comfy, I almost fell asleep on it when I sat on it. The location of the sink was new for me because of this being my first time in a Hotel. It turned out to be a good placement for selfies because of the lighting. My only gripe was that the TV had a bad quality picture, couldn’t enjoy the show I was watching at the time (Snowfall).

I checked in at 11am this morning which is March 26,2022 .. the lady at the desk was very friendly and very sweet. When I arrived in my room 112 it smelled so good , I love the scent. Bathroom was spotless, sheets was cleaned and room was amazing ! This place definitely deserve 5 stars if I could give you 10 it would be awesome! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I never seen a hotel so clean , keep up the good work and continue to follow up on your house keepers. The air works amazing , and the beds are so comfortable I didn’t even want to get out the bed. I had left one hotel just to come to this one and it was all worth the price. Continue to run your business awesome and you will continue getting my business every other month . I came all the way down from Louisiana and I felt amazing

Stayed here while on a roadtrip. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot with good water pressure. AC was very cold, as another review mentioned! Absolutely amazing breakfast. Every staff member we saw was extremely pleasant. Booking, check-in, and check-out were hassle free. Plenty of parking close to the door. The room itself was humid when we first arrived (likely why so many reviews mention smells and moist sheets), but running the AC fixed it immediately. I think it's more because of the area than the building. Very minor things that truly didn't impact my experience. The ice machine was slow, I would've liked an additional full size towel or two, the TV was low resolution, and square pillows were a little unusual.
